Managing Executive: Peter Economou raised his family on the Main Line and understands his customers.
Sparti Main Line is led by Peter Economou, a successful builder and general contractor that has served the Delaware Valley for over 25 years. Peter has overseen the construction of over 500 units of residential and commercial construction. These projects include the construction of many new homes, renovations and additions.
Peter is proud to have served as Building Committee Chair for the Montessori Children’s House of Valley Forge, where he has directed the construction of a $4M conversion of a historic barn and farm house into an award winning school in Valley Forge National Park.
Peter holds a BSBC from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from Villanova University.
Co-owner: Dimitri Vassiliou has lived on the Main Line since graduating Lehigh University in 1997.
Sparti Main Line is co-owned by Dimitri Vassiliou who has been successfully rehabing and flipping houses for the last 17 years on the Main Line. Dimitri recently left the corporate world and partnered up with long-time friend Peter Econmou with the vision of offering reliable and honest general contracting services throughout the Main Line.
As a homeowner and house-flipper on the Main Line, Dimitri saw an opportunity to do things better and change the negative perception of general contracting within our demographic.
